Published under Government Notice No. R 1256 of 27 June 1986.

Regulation 2(1) determines that:

 No person shall use a milking shed for the purpose of milking dairy stock in order to produce milk for human consumption, unless the milking shed in which the dairy stock are milked is an approved milking shed and such milking shed is used in accordance with the provisions of these regulations and the conditions of the certificate of acceptability or provisional certificate of acceptability issued in respect of that milking shed.

These regulations are not applicable to milking sheds in which milk is produced solely for own use.
