Executive Director: Regional Planning Services

Born in Pacaltsdorp, George. She obtained her B.Sc Degree and HED diploma at the University of the Western Cape and her M.TRP( Masters Degree in Town and Regional Planning) at the University of Stellenbosch.

Ms.Le Keur filled the position of Executive Director fro Public Safety and Planning at the Cape Winelands District Municipality. She is also a registered member of the South African Council for Town and Regional Planners and corporate member of the South African Institute for Town and Regional Planners.
