TENDER WITHDRAWAL NOTICE

TENDER: T 2023/004:  PROVISION OF FLEET MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE PERIOD ENDING 30 JUNE 2026

Notice is hereby given to all prospective service providers/ bidders/tenderers that the tender process to provide fleet management services for the replenishment of fuel, oil, repairs, maintenance and toll services for a period of 12 months has been withdrawn.

The tender process was withdrawn due to gaps identified in the tender document relating to the evaluation and awarding. Cape Winelands District Municipality is currently working on modifying the specifications and will re-advertise the tender on Friday, 21 April 2023.

The Cape Winelands District Municipality would like to apologise to all bidders for the inconvenienced caused.
