Notice is hereby given to all prospective service providers/ bidders/ tenderers that the tender process for a loan to fund the establishment and construction of a regional landfill site has been withdrawn.
The tender process was withdrawn due to gaps identified in the tender document relating to the evaluation and awarding. Cape Wineland District Municipality is currently working on modifying the specifications and will re-advertise the tender as soon as possible.
The Cape Winelands District Municipality would like to apologise to all bidders for the inconvenienced caused.
